The Yanke family has been building quality custom homes in Las Vegas since 1952, and our company was founded in 1988.

Steve and Cindy are third-generation native Nevadans with over 37 years of local custom home-building experience. Our goal is to show you that building your custom home can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience. We have in-house services and processes that help us to maintain efficiency and accountability, and we work with reputable banks to secure financing. We use an OST system that provides accurate pricing and budgeting.

As The Home Critic, he uses his keen eye for detail to inspect homes during and after construction to ensure that all facets of construction meet or exceed the industry standards. That eye for detail is what makes every Westpoint Development Group home extraordinary.

Steve earned his Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Phoenix Institute of Technology, and he's developed his ability to create his own designs and enhance the designs of others. He enjoys using certain design elements, and he's open to new ideas.
