My name is Alan and I am writing this to encourage anyone who is looking for a great builder to put Westpoint Development at the top of their list.

I have been in construction and development in some form or another my entire life. In fact, my dad was a general contractor and there were many times from the age of 5 to the age of 16 that instead of going to school I was working at my dad's development.

Since 2009 I have been heavily involved in the Las Vegas real estate market including: rentals, rehabs, flips and multi-million $$ high end construction (single family homes 7,500 to 10,000 square feet). During this period of time I have dealt with several local general contractors and Westpoint is ... the BEST!

On or about October 16, 2019 I was in the middle of building an 8,254 sq ft multi-million $$ home in McDonald Highlands and my general contractor simply quit. I interviewed several general contractors and hired Westpoint to take over. They officially took over on about October 27, 2020.

Westpoint inherited a mess. And then we had Covid to deal with too. However, Westpoint professionally and expediently handled each trade and corrected every deficiency in several areas such as: elevator shaft, elevator car, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, cabinetry, pool install, grading, re-floating for flooring just to name a few. And they finished the job on time!

Further, when the buyers came, they were ecstatic with the end result. We listed the house for $4,750,000 and within 120 days the house had sold to a happy homeowner and the project was off my books! During that process Westpoint was attentive to every need from putting together the most complete "Buyers Book" (complete with all appliances, HVAC, trades etc..) I have ever seen. And every item from the buyers inspection report was addressed to the buyers satisfaction within a handful of days after the report was received.

WestPoint's pricing is fair and straightforward. Their team is the best! From their bookkeepers to their onsite foremen and managers there was never a moment that I was left in the dark nor was there an issue that was neglected or unaddressed. And there was never a surprise! I always felt that my project was the most important in their portfolio (I think they were building 9 other homes of the same magnitude while building mine) and they addressed each instance with a stress-free, "we will get it done" attitude.

You would do yourself a huge favor to hire Westpoint for your next building project!

Wow, what a journey! Building a large custom home like ours with highly detailed finishes throughout, and all the moving pieces of our home was not easy to say the least. You guys handled the process like pros.


We could not be more pleased with the quality of the construction, your company's focus on all the details, and the wonderful customer service and follow up on punch list and warranty issues. While the list of follow up items was quite short, your quick follow up and resolution on these issues was extraordinary. I am sorry that you did not achieve a "zero punch list" as you always strive for, but many of the small issues we had you would not have known about without living in the house. All the same, it felt like a "zero punch list" home when we took possession of the house and moved in right after Certificate of Occupancy. Congratulations!


We thank you and the entire Westpoint Development Team for making this process of executing our vision a labor of love with a truly great outcome.
